Founded in 1976 in Bellingham WA USA by the Renoud family, Fiberglass Structural Engineering is an industry leading expert in industrial fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) engineering, inspection, and materials testing. We offer global support from our headquarters in the United States, along with Mid-East regional support from our branch operations in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

FSE’s singular mission is to improve the long-term reliability of industrial fiberglass equipment and piping by directly providing projects and end users with independent FRP expertise and experience.  This means that FRP customers and end users can add independent FRP Specialist support directly to their project teams, thereby avoiding risky overreliance on vendors and their limited warranties. Applying expert project-side technical oversight of vendor product designs along with qualified third-party quality assurance inspection of FRP fabrications and installations continues to be the key to long-term FRP equipment reliability.  

The other important part of our FRP reliability mission focuses on in-service equipment and piping through our expert preventive maintenance inspection and integrity evaluation services, along with Specialist failure investigation and materials testing.
